Minimum Wages (Central) Rules, 1950

Rules 21 to 26: Every employer shall have to maintain the following registers:

  • Register of Fines in Form No. 1
  • Register of Deductions in Form No. 2
  • Annual Return in Form No. 3
  • Over-time Register in Form No. 4
  • Register of Muster-Roll in Form No. 5
  • Register of Wages in Form No. 10

Section 19(2): The Inspector has authority to inspect such registers and documents.
