Incorporation of a Company
An Incorporated Company is a company formed for the purpose of a carrying out some business activity for the sake of profit. In general, Incorporated companies are dividend into the following types:
Incorporation of a Company is a part of bringing the company into existence. The promoters files the necessary documents before the Registrar of Companies, who after due verification, issues a Certificate of Incorporation.
The process of incorporation of a company depends on the type of company to be incorporated. Further, conversion is possible for a Company Limited by Shares to Company Limited by Guarantee.
