Cyber Law (or simply Cyberlaw) is an emerging body of law that governs transactions conducted through electronic means (generally involving a computer or communication network such as the Internet).
It is not a classification or law or a new type of law but a collection of already established traditional law specially crafted or brought together to handle crimes done using the Internet.
